You are responsible for:

Support of the management:

• Management of business contracts
• Internal SharePoint administration and maintenance
• Preparation and provision of business templates (MS Office templates)
• Preparation of presentations
• Internal and external recherche regarding various company strategic topics

Support of the marketing branch:

• Preparation and maintenance of marketing documents, graphics and videos
• Review of marketing materials
• (Technical) support regarding the company webpage

our expectations – your Expertise

Your profile:

• You have a completed apprenticeship in communication science or business administration or a corresponding academic degree.
• Ideally, you have at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• You are characterized by an independent, structured and service-oriented way of working.
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office and common communication tools.
• You have first experiences in graphic design and the creation of business videos.
• You are fluent in spoken and written German and English.
