About you.

  • Several years of experience in Business Development or software license sales (B2B).
  • Strong technical understanding of embedded software and wireless communication protocols.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for market and pricing analysis.
  • Proactive, independent work style with a strong hunter mentality.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in the sensor or metering industry is a plus.

Your responsibilities.

Here’s what you’ll be working on to make an impact:

  • Market Segment Analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Identify high-potential target customers in Germany, across Europe, and globally.
  • Design and continuously improve licensing models to meet market and customer needs.
  • Establish and manage a robust sales pipeline for software license opportunities.
  • Drive customer acquisition and lead contract negotiations with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and system integrators.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hardware manufacturers and distributors.
  • Defining key performance indicators, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to executive management.
