On Thursday, July 4th, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of STACKFORCE together with employees, customers and shareholders at the beautifully located Weingut Schmidt in Heitersheim. It was a day full of memories, insights, and above all, warm togetherness.
After the guests were welcomed on the terrace of the winery, the two managing directors, Konrad Aicher and David Rahusen, opened the official part with the introduction of the guests and a brief overview of the evening’s proceedings. The festive mood was set by two speeches from Prof. Dr. Axel Sikora, the company founder, and Dr. Mathias Glasmacher, head of Diehl Venture as a representative of the shareholders. Prof. Sikora’s speech was a humorous look back at the early days of STACKFORCE. He shared anecdotes and provided fascinating insights into the development of the company over the past ten years. Following this, Dr. Glasmacher offered insights into the motivation behind Diehl Venture’s decision to invest in STACKFORCE GmbH in 2018. He thanked the company founder and the managing directors for the excellent collaboration and the employees for their tremendous commitment. Besides the presentations, the guests had the opportunity to learn in detail about various protocol stacks through a product demo that was set up.
One of the highlights was the tour through the surrounding vineyards. Under the expert guidance of the cellar master, participants learned a lot about viticulture and the different types of wines produced at Weingut Schmidt. The behind-the-scenes look in the wine cellar, including a tasting of various wines, rounded off the experience. The day concluded with a delightful dinner, where the lively atmosphere. The various culinary delights ensured that all participants could head home with full stomachs and many fond memories.
All in all, it was a very successful celebration, and we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported us at the event and spent the day with us. It was a lovely day full of shared experiences and conversations that will remain with us for a long time.
