Topic 1: Product Lifecycle Process for software products

• Analysis of the current product lifecycle process from idea to market launch.
• Create a GAP analysis of reference processes in the software development market.
• Describe a product lifecycle process suitable for STACKFORCE, including definitions, milestones and templates.
• Introduction of the process on a concrete product including reflection between theory and practice.

Topic 2: Businessplan development for the Smart Sensor Market

• Preparation of a market analysis for communicating sensors in the IoT environment (smart industry, smart city, ...) including manufacturers, market participants and market trends.
• Identification of requirements in relation to the STACKFORCE portfolio.
• Development of a corresponding product roadmap.
• Analysis of the market potential for STACKFORCE including suitable licensing models.
• Preparation of a business plan for the target product for the sensor market.

• You are commercially trained and your heart beats for technical solutions, or
• You are technically qualified (e. g. industrial engineering or computer science) and are interested in business processes
